Text of Complaint by Prince Kumar:

I paid Payme loan amount on 1st July, 2022 and it’s more than two and half year I didn’t get clear NOC from their end till now.
I regularly got fraud call on the name of Loan Closure from Payme till 2024 while my due amount was already Paid and Loan also I settled one time on 1st July, 2022. How I didn’t get my clear NOC till date and my loan not closed and It’s affecting my cibil for no reasons.

Payme delayed to provide me my NOC even after clearing dues with late fine and now in this NOC on what basis these people mentioned dues of Bureau Masking Amount: 14384 which increases also on daily basis for no reasons.
Where in which NOC of any bank Bureau masking charges are mentioned?

Waiting for quick and positive response in customer’s benefits where a customer already Paid and suffering because of their greed while they already benefited by me in monitery terms.
