I cleared all emi amount after covid.till now I didn’t get my noc.i want to sell my scooter without noc I can’t sell this scooter.i cleared all emi before 2021 and I didn’t get noc.i vist so many times in my nearest branch they only saying I have to pay 5000 rs but I already paid full amount. branch manager name Pawan. He told me after 40 days you will get noc my post.till now I didn’t get… And this Pawan is theif he take all customers money and escape from country.. and now I dont know where is he.He take 2lakhs rupees around from this finance. Please take necessary action on this. It’s urgent
