Text of Complaint by Bhupesh singh:

Facts of the Case:
1. That I purchased a paid plan from the Opposite Party through their website/app under the impression that the platform operates on a “No Brokerage” model.
2. That at no point during the purchase journey on the website/app was it disclosed that service charges/brokerage would be applicable on certain properties.
3. That only at the time of attempting to visit/select properties, I was verbally informed that service charges/brokerage would be applicable for some listings.
4. That this crucial information was never disclosed upfront and is still not mentioned anywhere clearly on the platform, thereby misleading customers.
5. That I also observed that for many properties, owner contact details are not shared, and instead Relationship Manager details are provided, which is again not transparently communicated before purchase.
6. That I raised a complaint with the Opposite Party; however, their executives:
• Accepted verbally that such charges are not disclosed on the platform
• Refused to provide any confirmation in writing
• Displayed unprofessional and non-cooperative behavior
7. That despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided, and my request for written clarification and refund has been ignored.
