I had listed my property on premium listing with money back guarantee – which stated that within the contract period if they fail to rent my property, i get my money back. Or if i rent my property through my sources, they refund me my money.

Now i found a tenant (Mr. Ravi Sebastian) through 99acers and rented my property to them of which i have all proves. He had enquired on NoBroker, but never scheduled a meeting or anything. Just for this NoBroker says that the tenant has come through them and they have all recording that the tenant has confirmed that NoBroker has helped get the property etc… When asked for those proves, they deneyed. But i have all evidences to prove that my tenant has finalized through 99acers

Now they are not ready to talk or give me my refund. Let me know what u can do in this matter…
