i had taken nobroker expert plan for buying the house. but the plan didnt get me any contact number of owners. Even the relation ship manager assigned didnot call me back after a day. i m unable to avail the plan benefits. i m unable to reach out to propert owners to schedule visits to the property. When i contacted customer care team of nobroker through calls, the calls get disconnected while i m explaining my concern. on one of the calls, some of them said some technical issue is going on. When i asked for an ETA, they said they cannot say when it wll be resolved. They said they will initiate the refund. but i have not received any refund.
when i tried to contact them, calls dont last for more than 30 sec. and get disconnected while i m explaining the issue.
