I have booked an Packers and Movers Service from no broker and paid advance payment of Rs-200 for booking / registration of Packers & Movers Service. at the time of booking i said the executive that for confirmation i have not yet finalized house. he said you can prefer the are you are looking for and if the address changes i have to pay the additional charges for Fuel only. after this confirmed the slot for 10th august 2024. he asked me the list of items and i mentioned all the items or furniture after that i said i have some additional items like beds, gas stove, mixer, cylinder, cloths and some other additional items. he said me at the time if booking all other additional items will be considered as miscellaneous items, no broker will provide 10 boxes and some additional carets to handle glass items, i said ok and booked. then on 03/08/2024 i messaged them on their app and requested to change the destination because i book the flat at some other area from earlier location they said ok and told me Rs- 1000 will be charged extra due to change of destination. earlier destination was
17 KMS from my old home and the new destination is 22 KMS from my home from where i have to shift. for 7 Kms they charged Rs – 1000 extra then i argued with them on app then she told me to contact the no broker partner Trimbuk Baban but he denied to reduce the additional charges and said to pay extra Rs – 1000, but as per difference in distance was only 7 Kms Rs – 200 to 300 additional charge was ok as per me but they denied and asked me to pay Rs – 1000 extra because Trimbuk Baban said me he is arranging bada gadi and to and fro distance will be considered, then i said ok and changed the shifting date to 11/08/2024. after that i never got an call from Nobroker team, but i called them and got the confirmation that they are coming on 11/08/2024 sunday at 9am, i said ok and sunday morning there shifting team came and cross checked the list of furniture that was as per the list and said we will take only the listed items from the list they not take any other additional items, then we argued on that and i cleared them that at the time of booking the service nobroker executive said me all other items will be considered in miscellaneous items then why you are denying then they called Trimbuk and said all the items will not go in our vehicle because thy brought packed body Tata Intra. then i called Trimbuk and argued for some time and said apart from Flower pots all other items i have mentioned and the mentioned items all cant fit in there vehicle so i my self said them i will pay Rs – 1000 extra and told him to arrange canter or any other big vehicle because Trimbuk charged me Rs – 1000 extra for big vehicle already. then he said to pay Rs – 2500 extra means the service which i have already booked for Rs – 4600 which i have agreed to pay Rs – 1000 extra means Total Rs – 5600 now i have to pay Rs – 5600 + 2500 which will be total Rs – 8100 almost all double to there quoted price. then i told him to cancel the booking and i arranged the booking from some other Packers and Movers and finally shifted my house on 11/08/2024 after an horrible experience with Nobroker. its Nobroker executive to finalize and get all the necessary details before booking and harassing the customer after booking. i have experienced the worst service by NoBroker Team so request all the persons who are getting the service by NoBroker to be careful and avoid such worst service providers.
