I signed up for NRI property management services from no broker. I paid 10000rs for it. I was told that tenant verification, rental agreement and maintenance i(including quarterly inspections) would be covered.
I had a tenant lined up to rent my property even before I had signed up. I asked them for a tenant verification and a rental agreement as soon as I signed up. It’s been over 2 months now and I still have nothing.
I have complained to my rep multiple times. Every time I asked about the rental agreement and tenant verification, I was told that she would get back to me the same day or the next day. But I hear nothing back.
I sent multie complaints to a group email for property management at no broker and I have heard nothing back!
I even filed a complaint on another website. The customer service department replied that they were “looking into my account”. It’s been over 2 weeks now. Even the “Customer Service” isnt responding anymore!
Beware of this company. It’s a scam!
