I took NoBroker Subscription on 24th February 2023 and then started searching for houses to rent in Bangalore and told our budget was 12000 but I did not like the houses they showed because all were too old, we were assigned a relationship manager Naveen Kumar for assistance we asked him to show houses in other areas as well as increase the budget a little but we dint get many suggestions he showed us houses of higher rent as well. Later we found a house on our own in BTM Layout 2nd Stage and the rent was 15000 per month so we rented out that house and submitted the rental agreement copy to NoBroker website. We also spoke to the relationship manager Naveen Kumar and he said we would get our refund once we submit a copy of our rental agreement and he will assist in the refund as we’ll but then after I sent a mail to NoBroker on 7th march and submitted the rental agreement they stopped calling and did not pick our calls I had to wait for 7 days and then I got a call saying they wont refund our money because we had rented a house of higher range we tried to convince them they are saying they have our call recordings. They never mentioned that the rent has to be exactly what we mentioned to the relationship manager Naveen Kumar and then they are saying they told us about these rules and these rules are mentioned on their website but They never informed us about these rules before and nor are they giving us our refund back. What should I do I am tired of communicating with these people I asked them if I could come to their office and talk to them they said they can’t disclose the location of their office. How will this help??
