Then owner took 15k rent from me for the booking and then he said you need visiting card and you will get a call from assistant manager . Once the manager called he said you need to pay 10,099 k for card which is refundable then i bymistakely paid 10k and 99 rupees then he said pay 20,099 k because you did wrong process and now the system is not accepting .he said you need to pay 30k as rent and advance i said I already paid 15k to owner but now he said pay more 30k as system is not able to refund you money back because it is less than 1lakh .. when i called owner mohit saxena to give my money I don’t want the house he is saying give your customer id no and password so that i can myself add the account as merchant beneficiary and send you money . He is not ready to give me money in any other way. I asked him to send upi but he said it can’t happen.
