The owner contact I got theough Nobroker asked me to pay 2000rs for making a visiting card saying it was a deposit for confirmation of visit and will be refunded immediately after I visit the property. Then the manager called me and asked me for more money and would say he has not received it and sent me another scanner for payment. And I ended up paying 2000, 8099 and 8999 to different numbers. He sent me his adhaar card and PAN Card to prove his identity that was mentioned in the Nobroker website as the owner of the property. The property is Lodha Florenza in Goregaon East, Mumbai. I reached the property and went to the office only to realise the flat he shared pics of does not exist and they said, there’s no payment involved for visiting card. The office workers did t help me with anything, saying it’s my fault. The property immediately became inactive on Nobroker due to which I’m unable to put any complaint on the website. The nearest police station also denied any help. I ended up blocking all my online banking. Moreover, the so called owner kept calling and harassing me as I kept asking for refund which ended up in a abusive conversation. He harassed me by calling back to back and abused me for demanding the money back.
