I opted for a meeting ney back scheme to sell my house. The response from no broker was pathetic, the clients offers were very low. So ultimately I sold it myself at higher prices I wanted. Now they are not refunding without sale deed. Why do we have to share a private document to a third party, though they failed to deliver. I can only show name of the person who is sold the property
