I’m Kiran. My registered mobile number is *********. I have been an active postpaid customer for about 5 years now. I opted for Airtel’s xstream fiber wifi connection on 19th May 2022. I have paid 5,303 INR for 3months service in advance for unlimited data at 300 Mbps speed.
I got a super fast service for installation. But after that I have been continuously facing No wifi issues. I had 2 instances where there was a network outage and there was no wifi for the whole day. I was patient in all those instances.
But now, for the past 3 days, I haven’t had wifi. I have raised the Ticket id – 10061024254 on 11th July 2022, 12:21PM. No resolution has been provided yet. No call from any technician. Whenever I call 121, I always get a standard reply saying that we are working on it and sorry for the delay. I have no option to talk to a representative over chat or call. Everytime the IVR repeats the same and ends the call.
I’m so frustrated with this service. I have lost 5 days of wifi so far in 2 months. It’s a waste of money for me. And also my work is getting affected very badly. Even Though I have the option to work from home comfortably. I have to stay late at the office to finish my work in this rainy monsoon. Travel expenses to the office are also high.
I need this issue to be fixed ASAP and I need reimbursement of my money for these 5 days. Please do the needful ASAP.
