10th May – Ordered for Wifi (Order Id- LR00000PRP12 with Payment 1/-) connection 1499+ GST, got scheduled time 10th May 09:40 PM – 11:10 PM however even after 3 calls to customers care till 17th May, no one showed up even for checking.
Reason for delay: JIO customer care quoted “We have received numerous application due to 50 day free trail hence not able to provide installation, it may take 1 month”
18th May- Ordered for Wifi (Order Id- LR00000QFZXG with Payment 1111/-) connection 1499+ GST, got schedule time 26th May 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
20th May – ASIF ALI came for installation but asked the amount first (Free 50 days trail cannot be added with this installation). On call his sales supervisor mentioned amount 5300 after deduction 1111/- it should be 4189/- but link has been sent for 4195.46. Asked him the difference he replied “if you want take it or leave it”
21st May- Connected Customer care and asked for refund, the rep replied its non refundable amount.
Sent SANTOSH/MANJUNATH on 21st May. Manjunath said with my old number Santosh is not able to process for his end hence I need to get it without deduction of already paid amount (with full payment of 10612.92/-. The voucher on my mobile (for paid amount) can be redeemed any Jio store. Installation couldn’t complete as I had to leave for office.
22nd May – Check on Reliance trends, they couldn’t accommodate the Jio voucher.
Called Manjunath- he is ready to provide connection on my family member name, not with my name. Connected customer care – rep said as per schedule its showing 26th May I have wait and post which refund can be initiated.
Concerns:
1) All Jio employees provided different information, as if they are running individual businesses.
2) Refund – The voucher on JIO app, can’t used for phone recharge or friends Internet recharge, neither can be adjusted in any bill, hence of zero value.
Request:
Initiate my refund on my original payment mode ASAP.
