This is Navi.
I am facing wifi network issue since Sunday evening ..called them multiple times but no resolution yet…they always make fake promises..customer representative don’t know how to take and resolve query.
They only have few lines to say to all customers-

What the hell..
Kindly help as i need internet at my place.
I am so done with them.
Or else would love to switch to different network.
