My name is Dani James. Am an architecture student. I am using an airtel sim. We have online classes regularly and need proper internet connection. Interner connection is getting poorer by each day and recently i have found that they are decducting data in without using. I have tried to enquire the same with airtel and and i have found no way to contact them. All they have is airtel app and we can only mssg the complaints of a particular type only. Even if the mssg is sent, their response is not seen. Kindly consider this case
