My tatasky is showing No Signal since 20 May 8 pm
We complained at customer care at around 8 am on 21st May
Since then our only job is to call the customer care morning and evening and just getting a reply that technician will visit soon
Can you please tell me the DEFINITION OF SOON IN TATASKY DICTIONARY
Will the technician visit
Will we get a call from tata sky instead of just making call and getting the same reply
Can anyone tell us what is the time maximun the technician visit after filing complain
