Dear Videocon D2h service,
My customer ID -63256416. I lodged first complaint more than 20 days ago regarding no signal in my D2H system which is not attended so far.
My first complaint was closed without attending the issue by your customer care team.
Again,after registering new complaint the same was not replied in email. After writing to customer care there has not been any response from your team.
Now , the latest complaint no.728599735 is lodged today itself which should be resolved by end of tomorrow,as committed by your customer care team.
There is gross negligence from videocon team to resolve my issue since more than 20 days. I may request higher officials to look in to the matter on priority to resolve my issue.
