Dear Sir ,
I have been informing Airtel Customer Care Service and went directly to store and informed them to disconnect my broad band and Dth . As there is no feasibility in my area not used broad band for three months. No one responded and now the bill raised to 9000/ unnecessary and in this one airtel plan my mobile number is connected and if they barred my work wil get spoiled because of this . They didn do their job after many request I have given ..this is ridiculous.
I cannot pay for what I have not used I can pay only for my postpaid which is 2800/- and I have paid 1250 /- which is getting divided into three for one airtel which is worst plan .. and raising my bills .. please do the needful
