Text of Complaint by Zeenat Ansari:

Hi I have placed order on 26/08/2022 from then i didn’t get any update from Nifa hijab they said me by sms that your order is in process but when I try to check status of my order by tracking on their website shows that website under maintenance it’s been a week it’s showing same and i made my payment through UPI and on website there’s mention customer care number also coming switched off there’s no customer service and i don’t know where is my order and i want my amount back or deliver my parcel
