Im using a Airtel sim from years. Two day ago my internet pack was over so I recharged with a new pack. There was a offer on my sim(which I think so) because it’s showing 2gb/per day for 28 days with unlimited data and calls at Rs. 249, which for normal customers is 1.5gb/per day for 28 days at 249. So I recharged with that pack. On the next day when my internet pack was activated. I used the data and faced no problems at all but when my 100 daily high speed data is used mean 2gb is used I got the same msg that the 100% data is used and now the speed is reduced to 64KBps but when i tried to to use the internet it was not working at all not even a little bit. Like I cannot even send or receive whatsapp messages or any king of web surfing, I can’t even use the my airtel app to recharge for a booster as the slow speed data was not working at all.. I tried all the possible ways to fix the problem like airplane mode, restarting my device, resetting the APN settings but none of them worked. So, I called the customer care and told them about the issue and they said that they’re sorry that I’m facing this issue but I won’t be able to use the internet services, and even they don’t know what to do and what is happening. I felt cheated in the name of unlimited data.
