Subject :
I am a Jio Fiber customer and have been facing a complete internet outage at my residence since 2nd July 2025. I raised a service request on the same day, but no technician has been assigned to my ticket even after multiple follow-ups.

I have called Jio Fiber customer care at least 8 times, and every time I was assured that a technician would be assigned within the next hour. However, these promises have not been fulfilled, and the issue remains unresolved.

This prolonged delay has caused severe disruption to my work and personal life, especially as I rely on a stable internet connection for professional commitments.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Jio Fiber’s support team. I am now forced to escalate this matter through a formal consumer complaint.
