i called Tatasky 3 days ago (July 1st) to request for setup box. they said within 24 hours someone would come. 3 days later after 5 or 6 complaints and lots of promises from customer services representatives, i am still waiting for a tatasky technician to call and do the set up. I am really fed up. I have taken holiday from work because i was waiting for Tatasky to show up. Noone has come and customer service is clueless and is not able to give me any answer. i want them to call immediately and finish the work.
