Tata Sky Subscription Id 1235168190, Jaya Sharma
I have lodged request/complaint that my Tata Sky is not working it shows error (No Signal), Customer care guided with some steps for 3 days with no result. After that from the last 10 days, your so-called customer care…who never care about the customer and are making fool and not ready to work or attend the problem. They are just giving me WO NO# 1L1T383U after one week of follow up and saying that Technician/Installer will visit today, tomorrow. Technician/Installer tells again a lie that my number is not reachable. This is how you guys work. It’s a joke right, from last one week Technician is not able to reach me (They have taken my 2 mobile numbers) and your Supervisor Santosh is very rude and he trying to put all blame on me. We, customers, do not have time to follow up and waste time, we are in problem for paying you. The first thing we pay you guys and for what to listen all this Shit.
Its just like mental torture, to call you guys daily and make kids and family understand that Tata Sky will be working soon…. we are paying you to give us trouble…this is your customer care/Service.
Tata Sky should be dragged to Consumer Court if this way you support your customers. Your Technician is a bunch of liars, they do not want to work so do your customer care. Your customer care is just to blame your customer for Tata Sky not working….this is pathetic customer care/Technician I have seen till now…..I wish I should have opted for some other company service.
