Fully disconnected from 27.04.19 for whic complain was lodged and I was informed by a call from ROURKELA and by SMS that the technician will visit between 2.30 to 3.00 but sorry to inform that by 6.00 PM dt 28.04.19 neither any call nor the technician visit to our home.
I had called thrice at customer care no 18605006633 and inform that no technician visited.
Every time I was informed you will be contacted soon and its 6.30 PM of 28.04.19 I was not contacted.I can say the service quality is below standard and no body is able to give contact no of representative of Rourkela, its horrible.
My complain is that u charge amount in advance but unable to provide proper service to your customer and not able to provide proper details to your customers.Is it good ?
It seems u have mentained a team of cleark who have no information and nothing to say except “SORRY” its really shame and a company owned by TATA.
