iI recharged my airtel prepaid number 9840660850, for an amount of rs.399 on July 7th ,2019. Today when i make a call its says balanc is just 0.87 and you have insufficient balanceĀ to make a call. the pack validity is O/G till Nov 2019 and i/c till dec 1,2019.
I fail to understand why balance is insufficient to make outgoing. I urgently need to make a call . yOUR AIRTEL CUSTOMER ERVICE MECHANISED NUMBER GIVES ALL UNWANTED OPTIONS LIKE SIM LOSS, PREPAID ETC OTHER THAN THE ONE I WANT . I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTACT A HUMAN FOR RESOLVING
