Myself ported my SIM from VI to Jio one month back, after paying all dues and outstanding. Again My no suspended from 31.07.2021 stating that there were an amount pending with VI, so immediately paid that amount and shared the receipt with Jio. But after that while contacting Jio they are informing that its the validation pending from my previous operator- VI. Its been 5 days now, I am not able to contact any body, and nobody can call me. There were no dues from 31st July 2021 onwards. I am not getting any help neither from VI nor from Jio. First jio informed that it will take 3 days, after that 4 days. But now this is 5th day. Still issue not resolved.
