Please note that I have received 2 emails from Air Asia confirming that my Booking id NF79149286486408 (14th March 2021 Bangalore to Jaipur and 21st March 2021 Jaipur to Bangalore) is cancelled by airline. They have confirmed the full refund amount via email and I am attaching the snip of refund emails received from Air Asia for your reference.
An amount of Rs 6,999 And Rs 6,526 is granted as refund.
MMT is not responding and confirming to my queries. Not issuing refund.
