This is to inform you that I have placed an order on 23rd April with Order id 119817749, and also raised a return request on 24th April.
it was clearly mentioned that my product will be on 26th April but till date none of your logistics partners tried to pick the product.
Nevertheless, I am getting a call from IVR that they are not able to pick my product which is not true and also I raised request in your customer care as well,and they assured it will be picked by today but still my product is not picked up yet.
Why is there a delay from your end? I need clarification , also i need exact date when this product will be picked up.
I am very sorry to say that the services that you are providing.very hopeless.
