Hi Team,
I am a customer since more than a year am from yesterday morning my sim card stop working so I visited my nearest branch of sakinka the person said me i have to pay 125 re to get my sim activation in which 25 is the charges and 100 you will get talk time so I said I want a bill I am ready to pay then the executive said we don’t give as well I was having the soft copy of my documents still did something and the proces was failed my sim card is stop work it’s been 12hr and no one is helping me for the same. The person was very rude did not help me as well I have completed my kyc already so why I want to complete kyc i don’t so there is no alternate no in emergency no one is there to help he see i believe Airtel will help me but the behaviour of that person was not good please help on urgent basis so have to keep on posting on Airtel Twitter.
