I have subscription of channel no 459 but on tata play app no star channel that I have subscription of is visible to watch. The customer care person told me that I have to subscribe for tata play app separately to watch these channels there. Earlier this was not the case on app.
I want to ask this company that what sort of policy they want make for their customers. I have been a consistent customer of tata sky/play for the convenience it provided.
But this was really shocking that they have done this to their trusted customers.
M on my way to home. How am I supposed to watch legendary match??
I really need an answer from the company. And surely need to rethink about my trust with this company.
Hi, we understand your concern. These channels are not available on Tata Play mobile app for live TV viewing as the broadcaster has stopped the feed. You can continue to watch your subscribed Star Network channels on your TV, as before.
We bought tata play dth stb to watch tv channels both tv and mobile, others we wouldn’t have selected tataplay ?
Why the hell do you have app then?
Same issue faced today with Tata play. But facing same issue also with Airtel stream. I think it is problem of Star not Tata or Airtel…
