I got the new connection on 26th Sep 2020. On the same day i realize that i got the plan of 100mbps but speed of downloading any document is 400-500kbps. Its is not even 1% of plan taken. Than try to reach to ground team on the no- 85888 26475 so may be he can fix it. But from that day he didnt pick my phone. Than i tried the customer care no. They only raise the complaint ticket and after some time they close that ticket also saying problem resolved without my concern. Than i mailed them also with all the mail i got from internet. But no one reverted till date and problem not solved. They are just making fool out of people nothing else. We should do that something. I gave 4900 of my hard earn money and they have no respect even for that.
