- My phone is locked since I forgot my sim code. Now the phone is asking me for a pin unlock key also called as PUK. called airtel hundreds of times but no I’ve has the option to get a puk or get me through to any customer service agent. I also mailed the organisation for some help but no response. Please help me since that has all my details. I need the PUK.
