I am Suchismita Kar, a CMA student using poco x3 which i bought last year. Suddenly I found that there is no sound due to which i am unable to hear any media and also unable to attend important calls as i cannot hear over the calls because of this phone. Also i found that my front camera is not at all working and the camera app is hanging. I went to a mi service centre near my house but they are charging half price of the phone , I returned back without fixing my issues. I belong to a middle class family. Please kindly help.
