This is to bring you into notice that I have two postpaid nos.

This is to bring into notice that I was unable to pay during the lockdown period so was getting a call from the co. So the conclusion was” sir unless and until u pay the bill the no cannot be started.”
All well and gud i paid the amount 1650 rs 15 days ahead.but no services got started i tried the customer helpline no it said in 48 hrs there will be a response.
But sorry to say nothing of that kind happened now after 15 days they have generated another bill .
So its amazing the calls we get are only for payment
As of my no I have asked them to generate many flags but grievances were never understood .on your part it is system generated the best reply which the person comes up with.
So in this way I have to pay for the service which I am not getting for 3 months.that too I need not remind u this r hard times.so what should I do.it was my very big mistake to have a trust on the co. As it is only there to milk us.
