I am not able to make any calls or use any sort of data using my airtel Postpaid number on the name of resolution Airtel Apps gives a message that you have outage in your area and gives a date which is never followed by any airtel customer service representative.
I tried calling airtel 121 number but no response which I understand because of lock down, I am using JIO to make all my calls and even data i am using only JIO. I have turned on Airtel Wifi in case of no Signal but even that is not effective because of airtel fibre problems.
I tried porting out number but gives me a message as there is an amount due you cannot get port out code and next message from Airtel telling me how will i end up loosing all my Airtel benefits (Lol).
I dont know if someone is reading this board or not but just give me a resolution or let me move out.
