I am facing a very unusual problem of having No-Signal (Error code B001) in between 9pm to 10pm for upto 4-5 hours from past 10 days.

Have crosschecked with society maintenance whether any power cut to adapter is happening in the LV shaft from where the supply to router & set box comes but surprisingly that’s not the case.

3-4 times I have called to customer care & got the cases registered but service engineers visit & have done nothing as of now. Sad part is they close the complains on their own & do not bother to respond to phone calls also even you try & catch hold of them 100 times.

I would specifically want to mention the bad behavior of following 2 service engineers of Airtel who have been so unprofessional in their working & dealing with your customers. They take their colleagues on call & pretend them as supervisors & get the complaint closure date extended as per their convenience.

 

I understand the time of problem occurring with my no signal may be out of their field working hours but that doesn’t means your service engineers reply rudely to customers that “please make arrangements of our stay & fooding at your home we will see what the problem is.” I mean is this type of service for which Airtel as brand been advertised all over the world. If no, then your people at ground level are taking it for a toss.

Unfortunately, now one of the person called & asked to me handover my set top box to the him & he will take it to their nodal office to check it for a day or 2 after that further course of action to be decided. Meanwhile what! & where is the authorization letter to this guy from Airtel team to take my property with him without providing me the alternate set top box for the time being.

Nodal Officer – Palani calls one day & says one line that your problem will be resolved in 24 hours which was also a false assurance. I haven’t seen such pathetic service response from Airtel team from past more than 10 years.
