Since 18.05.2020 I am not able to view Airtel Digital TV since there is no DTV signal.
After raising series of complaints in “Airtel Thanks” app and customer care center; one person named Mr. Samar Mandal (7044360816) from RAINBOW DIGITAL the authorised Service Franchise, 165, Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata 700107, Mobile – 9163789834, 7003307502 ; visited my place on o7.06.2020 and rectified the issue, for which I had paid 150 (Service Visit Charge) + 30 (for changing the fuse/connector of Dish Antenna ). The TV worked for next 2 days but again went down.
Thereafter, I once again made number of complaints thru’ “Airtel Thanks” app and lodged complain thru’ customer care, also tried to contact above person and the said Franchise but all in vain.
Though complaints number are appearing in my mobile but automatically getting closed without anybody attending the same. As of now no one had reported.
I am now absolutely frustrated; since I had paid 12 months payment (i.e. Rs. 3380/- on 20.10.2019) in advance therefore please refund my amount prorated one month less immediately.
Also I would like to know the reason for this kind of harassment to consumer.
