Complaint no.1-23TO51KJ dated 28th May, 2020 with Tata Sky for a technician visit.

Dear Sirs,

i have lodged my complaint on 28th May, 2020 for requirement of a Technician visit as there is no signal issue on my 3 STB. Since then no body has bothered to take any action in the matter till date whereas i have calling the customer care practically every alternate day. i fail to understand the setup organized where there is no report taken from the technician side as to why he did not schedule the visit for a complaint lodged on 28th May. above all i am being asked to wait and co-operate due to situations like covid and amphan cycloan bla bla bla – all mugged phrases. Moreover tata sky is sending messages for renewal of package failing which they have their right to stop the services. what are the rights of we customers?

Request to kindly look into the matter and resolve.
