1. I bought jio mobile in jio store near by my area…but in 3 month the mobile display to be screened whiteness.
2. So I go to nearby jio store to change the jio guarantee mobile….they gave me another mobile….
3. But that mobile also have signal problem…software problem…
4. Again I am went to store to replace…but the store worker said stock is not available right now…so went to jio head office in namakkal…
5. The customer relationship officer taken my issue in mobile by software issue only…but not signal issue in mobile…
6. Again i went to that office to replace the mobile…but they doesnot treat like as a customer…
7. If Mobile problem occurs means i cant to anything , electronic items to be always occurs some issue…
8. They talk disrespectful to the customer….
9. I want the solution for that mobile and my issue…
