There is frequent no signal issue,there online troubleshooting is useless it wont work and the force customer for technician visit and then the technician will come ..dont know what magic in front os setup box with remote and they will sliently deduct 150 rupees from your recharge..nither the technician or customer care person told you about the visit charges. Last month I complained..no one listen..I lost my my my hard labor money but noone cared. Some how I console my self.today again I recharge.. again no signal issue..again same story..every month I can’t pay 150 rs. Pls help.
