No signal from tatasky dish tv displaying ‘Bad weather conditions’. Customer care is asking us to pay service visit 150/- else they are not ready to resolve. They are asking to close the account if I am not willing to pay… Very bad service asking customer to shift to other networks instead of solving the issue…
Why should customer has to pay 150/- if he pays monthly charges regularly???
They are ready to hold, deactivate but not problem resolution… Worst service of customer care… I am planning to move to other service provider
