My tata sky consumer ID is 1351121379 & mobile number is 9874960541. My complain request number is 1-253WCAGTĀ dated 13th June 2020.
I had placed a request for ERROR MESSAGE “YOUR SET TOP BOX IS NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL” on 13th June 2020 but unfortunately no technician has called or visited our place to resolve the issue.
So, we want to resolve it immediately.
