Myself Bharat Pujara, senior citizens, having AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION, HAVING CUSTOMER ID 3029703713-001,THE complain about no signal raised on 08/06/2020,their technician suppose to visit on 10/06/2020,didnot turn up, upon vigorously follow up, finally their technician Mr. Prince Krishna, mobile number:7898141256,visited on 13/06/2020,change the spare, so called camera type, (PUT DUPLICATE OR OLD REPAIRED),TV STARTED, AS PICTURE WERE NOT CLEAR, ENQUIRED HE TOLD YOUR TV HAS PROBLEM, GOT TV REPAIRED WHICH RECEIVEDON 21/06/2020,EVENING,ON23/06/2020,WHEN TV STARTED IN THE EVENING, THE SAME PROBLEM OF NO SIGNAL APLEARED ON SCREEN, INFORMD TO KRISHNA ON PHONE TO COME AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEBUT WAS VERY RELUCTANT TO COME, ON DAILY FOLLOW UP THROUGH TELEPHONE, WHATSAPP AND SMS, HE FINALLY TOLD ON 25/06/2020,THAT IF I PAY THE FUEL CHARGES OF HIS TWO WHEELER HE WILL ATTAIN.
ON 25/06/2020, WHILE CHECKING, IT WAS NOTICED THAT WHATEVER PARTS HE CHANGED ON 13/06/2020,WAS NOT NEW, INTERESTINGLY,WHEN I PAID THE CHARGES OF RS. 770/-ON 13/06/2020,WHEN ASKED FOR RECEIPT, HE TOLD WE ARE NOT GIVING RECEIPT, IN HIS BAG HE WAS HAVING ROUGHLY 50K CASH, CASUALLY ENQUIRED HE TOLD IT IS YESTERDAY12/06/2020,COLLECTION WHICH HE HAS TO DEPOSIT. IN OFFICE.
SIR I HAD SENT MAIL ON THEIR ID ON 12/06/2020,14/06/2020 AND AGAIN ON 25/06/2020,BUT NOT RECEIVED REPLY OF ANY MAIL.
SIR, BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN, THEY ARE HARRESHING AND I AM DISTRUB TOTALLY, MENTALLY STRESS AND STRAIN THEY HAD GIVEN.
SIR, REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.
SIR, YOUR EARLY AND PROMPT ATTENTION WITH ACTION WILL VE HIGHLY APPRICIATED BY ME, A SENIOR CITIZEN.
