I’M NOZZLE DSOUZA FROM GOA.
I PORTED MY NUMBER FROM IDEA TO AIRTEL FOR BETTER NETWORK EXPERIENCE ON 8TH SEPTEMBER 2020 THINKING THAT AIRTEL WOULD BE BETTER BUT I WAS WRONG. SINCE 8TH SEPTEMBER I’VE BEEN NOT GETTING PROPER NORMAL SIGNAL AT ALL. ALL THE TIME IT SAYS NO NETWORK COVERAGE. WHEN SOMEONE TRIES TO CALL ME IT SAYS THAT I’M OUT OF COVERAGE AREA.
I EVEN COMPLAINED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BY CALLING THEM SO MANY TIMES, ALL THEY SAY IS THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED IN THE NEXT 72 HOURS AND HERE I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ONCE AGAIN. THAY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP BY SENDING SOMEONE TO INSPECT IN MY AREA AS WELL.
