I am very disappointed & surprise regarding airtel dth customer service.
I have already filed complaints many time through customer care no.01244448080 but still not resolved.
Reason, I have two digital connections with single airtel dish entina, during last engg. visit (ashok sharma, Agra) signal was ok in both tv but after leave him, out of two connection has again got ‘No signal’ of one. Since that I am filling complaint continuously to the customer care. I have filled many complaints but local engg.ashok kumar had resolved all the complaint from his side fraudulently without solving customer issue.
Also, customer care executive/managers are failed to handle this practice continuosly. I am very disappointed in this regard and want, you should take disciplinary action against your local engg.ashok sharma.
My problem still remain same from last 4 days if my problem will not be resolve in next few hours, I will take strict legal action against same issue.
On the other hand, tata sky company’s dongal has installed with airtel dish entina by local engineer during installation of airtel dth connection firt time.
