On 15th April I have Lodge Complain for not Receiving Signal and on every day till today I have made Complain but of no avail. Every Time Customer Care executive says that complain will be resolved soon. One of your visited and said that the ladder is not good, I beg to state that in the Appartment there are 10 Flats and every one is having Disc on the top. Since 3 months you can check that how many tomes your technician has visited and on that same ladder. It Seems that you are not having Perfect Technicians how every time the Disc Gets No Signal. If you are not able to satisfy I request to close the my Tata Sky A/c and Refund the Balance . I ill opt for some other service.
