On 4th Nov 2018, I purchased an Reliance Jio prepaid sim card (Ph. No. 9579309154) by paying Rs. 600.00, from Dahanu – 401602, Maharashtra. From 04-11-2018 to 06-04-2019, I am not getting any Jio signal or network at my house located in Patel Pada – East, Dahanu. On 18th Nov 2018, I had complained on their facebook page and also got a service request no. SR00000T08ML, from their customer care person by the name Khasypi but again nothing was done to resolve signal problem at my house. Couple of months back they had told me that there is some new tower work going in my location but still there is no signal at my house. Overall I feel I have wasted my hard earned money by buying Jio prepaid sim card. I request your kind self to intervene and help me get a refund of Rs. 600.00. I am approaching you because Reliance Jio is unwilling to refund my money even after informing them their own fault. Overall there is zero Jio signal at my house till this day. Hope you shall help me. Thank you
