My Vodafone postpaid no. is not getting any internet services and even basic mobile facilities since last 10-12 months. I had regularly paid my bills upto Aug 2021 without getting services even, since this no. is my registered contact no for Aadhar and banking services for almost 9 years.
For last few months I am not getting even the smallest properly to conclude my internet banking transaction through OTP. I raised my complaint multiple times by phone and even going to Vodafone store with change of SIM Card two times in this duration.
In month of Aug I raised my concerns again with request that if the service provider is not able to provide the service it is preferred for me to get my no deported to another service provider. I was assured for better services but that never happened. One prompt service was done by Vodafone idea to raise the bill timely without bothering to look into customer greviencesband their amicable resolution.
Their collection team is sending notices for collection and I am getting multiple threatening calls from service provider. They are quite insulting and derogatory in nature causing mental torture and unnecessary tension.
I tried multiple time at given not and at Vodafone store as well to get the issue settled but service provider is asking to make the payment in full.
