My Internet service is down form last 10 days but there is no response from You Broadband, which is very disappointing situation for me as user.
Every time I called customer care, they are providing false commitment, always says it will take care by end of the day.
I am attaching mail communication which was done from 17th June till now, I have requested so much, although did not received any resolution till date.
In every few days either my Internet is down or speed is very slow.
with frustration I have requested to disconnect my connection against refund of my money after deduction of uses. I came to know that it will not be refunded any money.
Means from last 4 months I am suffered so much, still 8/10 month pending of my services. Which make is horrible feeling when I think about coming 8 moths of you broadband service.
I think what they are doing with user is one kind of harassment only.
