My Ola electric s1 pro has been not working since August 8. I filed a complaint on the Ola electric app and was given an appointment of August 15. Since I am a ola care plus member, the service engineer was supposed to visit my house to service the scooter. Nobody came and mu ticket was closed without attending it. I filed another complaint on August 18 and was given another appointment of August 28. Again, nobody came. I have followed up with Ola electric customer care on their phone number multiple times and every time I am given false promise of my complaint having been escalated. I have not even received a single phone call to apprise me of what is causing the delay. No responses are received to my emails either
